Our founder, Kim Heang started his first business, Phnom Penh Tour Services (PPTS) in 2001 as a Young and Poor Real Estate Agent and English Speaking Tourist Guide ​by using our classroom at the National Institute of Management (NIM) as his business office! We continue from Phnom Penh Tour Services in 2001 into Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd in 2008 and from Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd continue to Kambo Land, Keller Williams Cambodia, Borey KS Residence, Samnang Land, Borey Vimean Samnang and the coming project of Borey Bavet Residence will be in 2026, Samnang Town will be early 2027 and Borey Vimean Samnang II will be in 2028!
