Borey KS Residence is a housing development project for young family in Cambodia and it is the first real estate development project by Oknha Dr. Kim Heang.
We started it in early 2020 and completed it in early 2023. The land size of the project is more than 5ha (Five Hectares) for the total 338 units of Shophouse, Link Villa and Single Villa.
Oknha Dr. Kim Heang is the founder and owner of Borey KS Residence and he is also the founder and owner of the following businesses:
1. Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd, a full licensed real estate company for Property Brokerage, Valuation and Appraisal in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2007 (www.khmerrealestate.com.kh).
2. Borey Vimean Samnang, a Luxury Real Estate Development Project on land size 25ha (Twenty Five Hectares) for the total 415 Units of Shophouse, Prince Villa, Queen Villa, King Villa and Royal Villa on Win Win Blvd, 2,500m from Ministry of Land Management and 5km from Aeon Mall Sen Sok to the North, Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2021 (www.boreyvimeansamang.com).
Dr. Kim Heang’s working experience in Cambodia as well as ASEAN:
1. Dr. Kim Heang is the Past President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA 2015-2018) in Cambodia.
2. Dr. Kim Heang is the Past President of ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA 2016) in ASEAN.
3. Dr. Kim Heang is the Past President of ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA 2018) in ASEAN.
4. Dr. Kim Heang has got his BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2003, M.Sc in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2006 and his Ph.D in Business and Administration in 2017.
5. Dr. Kim Heang is a part time lecturer of Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Management and Real Estate for Public and Private Universities in Cambodia for the last 2 decades.
6. Dr. Kim Heang spends his weekend to teach Ph.D Class in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and his entire teaching fee goes to charity to young and poor people.
